Hanalei Artworks is a company that curates art exhibitions in unconventional spaces to help cultivate a thriving art community by promoting local artists located in San Diego, CA. Hanalei Artworks aims to be a platform and helpful resource to the emerging artist by guiding them through the business of envisioning, creating, and marketing their artwork and brand. We are looking for a responsible creative individual to help facilitate and curate those art exhibitions to help grow our art community. Training will be provided! Responsibilities

Curating exhibitions, Working and Networking with local patrons, artists, and art supporters, Managing financial commission and sales, Assisting with event production

 

Requirements

Looking for someone experienced in the art market (Sales, Marketing, Fine Artist, Student etc.). A fast learner with the motivation to learn more about art commerce, marketing, and exhibition production who loves to help people (Especially creative people!) Preferably someone with curating experience but not required. Must be computer and Microsoft suite proficient.

1099 Contractor - Pay based on Commission Sales
